The Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2003 No. 384 (C. 19)

Commencement

2.  The day appointed for the coming into force of–

(a) sections 4(e) and 11 to 14;

(b) section 17, in so far as it relates to the provisions in schedule 4 specified in paragraph (d);

(c) the definitions of “the 1980 Act” and “the 1990 Act” in section 20; and

(d) paragraphs 1, 3(b), 4(e), 7, 9, 12, 15(b) and 17(b)(iii) of schedule 4,

of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 is 15th August 2003.
