3.  In the Schedule to the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Prescription of Offices, Ranks and Positions) (Scotland) Order 2000(1), in column 2 for “Fraud Investigation Unit: Head of Unit” there is substituted “NHSScotland Counter Fraud Services: Senior Investigator – RIP(S)A”.
