This Order makes provision for the transfer of further property and liabilities from Scottish Homes to the Scottish Ministers.
The Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (Transfer of Scottish Homes Property etc.) Order 2001 (S.S.I. 2001/396) provided for the transfer of other property to Scottish Ministers.
Article 3 and Schedules 1 and 2 transfers to the Scottish Ministers all property and liabilities of Scottish Homes, under exception of the heritable property associated with Scottish Homes housing management function specified in Part II of Schedule 1.
Article 4 makes consequential and supplementary provision.
Article 5 makes transitional provisions and savings.
