32. ALL and WHOLE (One) that plot or area of ground extending to Two hundred and ninety five decimal or one thousandth parts of a hectare or thereby lying to the south east of Graham Park, South Dell in the Parish of Barvas, Isle of Lewis, in the Western Isles Islands area and for registration purposes in the County of Ross and Cromarty and being the subjects disponed by and delineated in red on the plan annexed and executed as relative to Disposition by Western Isles Islands Council in favour of Scottish Special Housing Association dated Twenty eighth May and recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines applicable to the County of Ross and Cromarty on Twenty fifth June both in the year Nineteen hundred and eighty four and (Two) a heritable and irredeemable servitude right of access and egress for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic across that area of ground extending to Seventy four decimal or one thousandth parts of a hectare or thereby shown delineated in blue on the said plan; under exception of the dominium utile of all parts of the said subjects of which feus have been granted.
