The Scottish Milk Marketing Board (Dissolution) Order 2003

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(5) of the Agriculture Act 19931 and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, having been given notice by the Scottish Milk Marketing Board2 (“the Board”) that it has wound up its affairs, after consultation with the Board and being satisfied that the Board has carried out its remaining functions as set out in regulation 4(1) of the Scottish Milk Marketing Board (Residual Functions) Regulations 19943, hereby make the following Order:
