the F1Food Standards Scotland for the purposes of tracing eggs put on the market for human consumption; and

local authorities for the purpose of tracing eggs put on the market for human consumption and, where a direction has been made by the Scottish Ministers under regulation 13(2) below, for the purpose of enforcement of these Regulations.
