Amendment of the Schools General (Scotland) Regulations 1975 S

11.—(1) The Schools General (Scotland) Regulations 1975(1) are amended as follows.

(2) Regulation 10(2) is repealed.

(3) In Regulation 10(3) for “School Pupil Records (Scotland) Regulations 1990” there shall be substituted “Pupils' Educational Records (Scotland) Regulations 2003(2)”.
