The Water Environment and Water Services (Scotland) Act 2003 (Designation of Scotland River Basin District) Order 2003

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(1) and 36(2) of the Water Environment and Water Services (Scotland) Act 20031, and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 36(6) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:
