This Order may be cited as the Bluetongue (Scotland) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 19th February 2003.

Subject to paragraph (3), this Order extends to Scotland only.

Insofar as it extends beyond Scotland, this Order does so only as a matter of Scots Law.
