The National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) (Scotland) Order 2004

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12A(1) and 105(6) of, and paragraph 25(1) of Schedule 7A to, the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, having received an application2 from each of the National Health Service trusts specified in Schedule 1 to this Order, and after completion of the consultation prescribed under paragraph 25(3) of the said Schedule 7A3, hereby make the following Order:
