Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
Citation, commencement and extent1

These Regulations may be cited as the Pig Carcase (Grading) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 5th July 2004.

Amendment of the Pig Carcase (Grading) Regulations 19942
In regulation 2(1) of the Pig Carcase (Grading) Regulations 19942 substitute for the definition of “the Commission Decision” the following–
“the Commission Decision” means Commission Decision 2004/370/EC3 authorising methods for grading pig carcases in the United Kingdom pursuant to Regulation (EEC) 3220/84 determining the Community scale for grading pig carcases4;

The Pig Carcase (Grading) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 20035 are hereby revoked.
