The Nature Conservation (Scotland) Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2004 No. 407 (C. 32)

Commencement

2.  The following provisions of the Nature Conservation (Scotland) Act 2004 shall come into force on 1st October 2004:–

(a) section 15(2);

(b) section 50 and schedule 6;

(c) section 51; and

(d) section 54.
