Amendment to the Diseases of Poultry (Scotland) Order 2003
8. In article 3(1) of the Diseases of Poultry (Scotland) Order 2003(1) (interpretation) after the definition of “1981 Act”, insert ““avian influenza” shall be deemed to include a current or previous infection by a causative agent of avian influenza;”.
