The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) Partial Revocation (Scotland) Order 2004 No. 48

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) Partial Revocation (Scotland) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 10th February 2004.

(2) In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) Order 1991(1).
