Commencement of section 2 of the Private Hire Vehicles (Carriage of Guide Dogs etc.) Act 2002

2.  Section 2 of the Private Hire Vehicles (Carriage of Guide Dogs etc.) Act 2002 shall come into force on 31st March 2004.
