Any person who, for the purposes of obtaining for the benefit of that or any other person part of, or the whole of, a payment of less favoured area support under these Regulations, knowingly or recklessly makes a statement which is false in any material particular, shall be guilty of an offence.

Any person who intentionally obstructs an authorised person (or a person assisting that authorised person in accordance with regulation 15) in the exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 14 shall be guilty of an offence.

Any person who without reasonable excuse fails to comply with a requirement made under regulation 14 or request under regulation 15 shall be guilty of an offence.
