The Tryptophan in Food (Scotland) Regulations 1990 M1 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

In regulation 2 (interpretation), in the definitions of “processed cereal-based food” and “baby food” for “ them by Processed cereal-based Foods and Baby Foods for Infants and Young Children Regulations 1997” substitute

and

respectively in the Processed Cereal-based Foods and Baby Foods for Infants and Young Children (Scotland) Regulations 2004 ”.
