Citation, commencement and extentS
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Processed Cereal-based Foods and Baby Foods for Infants and Young Children (Scotland) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 6th March 2005.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
