Amendment of the Regulation of Care (Registration and Registers) (Scotland) Regulations 2002

2.—(1) The Regulation of Care (Registration and Registers) (Scotland) Regulations 2002(1) shall be amended as follows.

(2) In the Schedule (particulars to be recorded in the registers kept by the Commission)(2), at the end insert–

“12.   Details of whether the care service is one registered under Part 1 or Part 2 of the Act.”.
