15. Nothing done and no contract entered into by the Trust, and nothing done by the Board or the Trust Body, or by any member of the Board or the Trust Body, or by any officer of the Trust or other person acting under the direction of the Trust, shall, if the thing were done or the contract were entered into in good faith for the purpose of executing the Scrabster Harbour Acts and Orders 1841 to 2005, subject them or any of them personally to any action, liability, claim or demand whatsoever, and any expense incurred by any such Board member, Trust Body member, officer or other person acting shall be met by the Trust.
