For Section XII (Accounts to be audited annually) there shall be substituted—

Within five months of the end of each financial year the Board shall render the Trust's books and accounts to the Auditor so that he may examine such books and accounts, audit the accounts and report on the accounts at the annual general meeting of the Trust.”.
