Whereas the Wick Harbour Trustees have applied in writing to the Scottish Ministers for a Harbour Revision order under section 14 of the Harbours Act 19641.

Now therefore, the Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the said Act2, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
