Amendment of Regulations
2.—(1) The Electricity (Applications for Consent) Regulations 1990(1) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3(1) (interpretation) after “these Regulations-” insert–
““EIA development” has the same meaning as set out in regulation 2(1) of the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2000(2);”.
(3) In regulation 11(1) (fee payable on applications for consent) for the Table substitute–

(4) In regulation 11(2) for “heads 3 to 7” substitute “heads 5 to 8”.
