Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 27(1) and (2), 105(7) and 108(1) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st July 2005.
Amendment of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 19952
In the definition of “supplementary prescriber” in regulation 2(1) (interpretation and application) of National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 19952–
a
at the end of sub-paragraph (b) omit “or”; and
b
at the end of sub-paragraph (c) insert–
; or
d
the part of the register maintained by the Health Professions Council in pursuance of article 5 of the Health Professions Order 20013 relating to–
i
chiropodists and podiatrists;
ii
physiotherapists; or
iii
radiographers: diagnostic or therapeutic
