These Regulations revoke and replace the Plant Protection Products(Scotland) Regulations 2003 (S.S.I. 2003/579) (“the 2003 Regulations”) and the Plant Protection Products (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2004 (S.S.I. 2004/368) (regulation 28).
Transitional provisions27
Schedule 4 shall have effect.
