Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (Consequential Modifications and Amendments) Order 2005 and shall come into force on the day on which Part 1 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 comes into force.

The enactments referred to in Schedule 1 are amended as there specified.

The enactments listed in Schedule 2 are repealed in accordance with that Schedule.
