The Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2005 No. 433 (C. 21)

Commencement

2.  The following provisions of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 shall come into force on 4th October 2005:–

(a) section 2(a);

(b) sections 7 to 10;

(c) section 41; and

(d) paragraph 1(3)(b) of Schedule 1.
