Commencement
2. The following provisions of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 shall come into force on 4th October 2005:–
(a)section 2(a);
(b)sections 7 to 10;
(c)section 41; and
(d)paragraph 1(3)(b) of Schedule 1.
