The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 7(1), 8(1), 15(4), 25, 32(2), 83(2), 87(2) and 88(2) of the Animal Health Act 19811, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
