1. In regulation 1(2) of the National Health Service (Food Premises) (Scotland) Regulations 1987 (interpretation)(1), in the definition of “health authority”, for “a State Hospital Management Committee constituted under section 91 of the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984” substitute “a special Health Board constituted under section 2(1)(b) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(2)”.
