33. In paragraph 6 of the Schedule to the Parole Board (Scotland) Rules 2001(1) (information and documents to be sent by the Scottish Ministers to the Board) from the words “transfer direction” to the end of the paragraph, there is substituted “transfer for treatment direction under section 136 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003.”
