In article 6 of the Regulation of Care (Applications and Provision of Advice) (Scotland) Order 2002 (provision of advice) for “section 2 of the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984” substitute “section 4 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003”.
