SCHEDULE 1 MODIFICATION OF ENACTMENTS

National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 (c. 29)

7.—(1) The National Health (Service) Act 1978 is amended as follows.

(2) In section 100 (accommodation for persons displaced in course of development) in subsection (1)(1), for “Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984” substitute “Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003”.

(3) In section 108 (interpretation and construction) in subsection (1), in the definition of “illness”(2), for “the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984” substitute “section 328 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003”.

Section 100(1) was relevantly amended by the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984, section 127(1) and Schedule 3.
