In section 29 of the Pensions Act 1995 (persons disqualified for being trustees)34, in subsection (4)(a) for “the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984” substitute “section 328 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003”.
