Revocations

10.—(1) The Tryptophan in Food (Scotland) Regulations 1990(1) are revoked.

(2) Regulation 9 of the Food for Particular Nutritional Uses (Addition of Substances for Specific Nutritional Purposes) (Scotland) Regulation 2002(2) is revoked.

(3) Regulation 13 of the Processed Cereal-based Foods and Baby Foods for Infants and Young Children (Scotland) Regulations 2004(3) is revoked.
