1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Superannuation Scheme, Injury Benefits and Compensation for Premature Retirement) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2005.
(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 21st November 2005 but regulations 5 to 15, 18, 19 and 21 to 32 shall have effect from 1st April 2004.
(3) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
2. The National Health Service Superannuation Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 1995(1) shall be amended in accordance with regulations 5 to 29 below.
3. The National Health Service (Scotland) (Injury Benefits) Regulations 1998(2) shall be amended in accordance with regulations 30 to 32 below.
4. The National Health Service (Compensation for Premature Retirement) (Scotland) Regulations 2003(3) shall be amended in accordance with regulations 33 and 34 below.
