11. From the commencement of the order period the Electricity from Non-Fossil Fuel Sources (Scotland) Saving Arrangements Order 2001(1) and the Electricity from Non-Fossil Fuel Sources (Scotland) Saving Arrangements (Modification) Order 2002(2) shall be revoked, with the exception of the modification of section 33 of the Electricity Act 1989 in article 9 of the Electricity from Non Fossil Fuel Sources (Scotland) Saving Arrangements Order 2001.
