25. Subject to regulation 12(8), any document which is required or authorised under these regulations or under the terms of service to be given to an ophthalmic medical practitioner or optician may be given by delivering it to such a person or by sending it addressed to that person at any address notified by him or her to the Board for inclusion in the Ophthalmic List as a [F1practice premises], or in the case of a mobile practice, the address notified to the Board as the address to which correspondence may be sent or in the case of an ophthalmic medical practitioner or optician who assists in the provision of general ophthalmic services to his or her home address.
