Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 27(1) and (2), 105(7) and 108(1) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781 and section 39 of the Smoking Health and Social Care (Scotland) Act 20052 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
