The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 4(4), 7(4) and 10(1) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 19741, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 10(2) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:
