Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 (Codes of Conduct for Members of certain Scottish Public Authorities) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1st April 2006.
Specification of certain Scottish public authorities2
The Scottish public authorities2 specified for the purposes of Part 4 of the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 are those listed in the Schedule to these Regulations.
