These Regulations may be cited as the Potatoes Originating in Egypt (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 28th February 2006.

The Potatoes Originating in Egypt (Scotland) Regulations 20042 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

In regulation 2 (interpretation), in paragraph (1), at the end of the definition of “the Decision” insert “and as further amended by Commission Decision 2005/840/EC”3.
