1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 1st July 2006.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) (Scotland) Regulations 2002(1).
