A person who is a member of a discipline committee constituted under this Schedule shall cease to hold office–
a
where he or she is the chairperson or a lay member, on ceasing to be the chairperson or a lay person, as the case may be;
b
where he or she is a member not mentioned in sub–paragraph (a), on ceasing to be a practitioner.
