5. In paragraph (a) of each of subsections (2) and (2A) of section 8 of the Matrimonial Homes (Family Protection) (Scotland) Act 1981(1) (interests of heritable creditors), for “an affidavit sworn or affirmed” substitute “a written declaration signed”.
