Extension of the power to cause vaccination20
Notwithstanding section 16(1) of the Act, the Scottish Ministers may cause vaccination of animals which do not fall within that subsection where they are in a vaccination zone and section 16 of the Act shall apply as if such vaccination was carried out in exercise of the power in section 16(1).
