approved for use for the purpose of these Regulations and the Order by F1the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Scotland) Order 2008 (“the 2008 Order”);

used at the concentration specified in F2the 2008 Order; and

used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or recommendations (if any) and in particular, if use is recommended before any date, used before that date.
