Appointed day

2.  The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Scottish Schools (Parental Involvement) Act 2006 is 12th September 2006–

(a) section 1;

(b) section 5;

(c) section 6(1) to (6);

(d) section 7;

(e) section 12;

(f) section 16(1) to (7) and (13) to (14);

(g) section 19;

(h) section 20;

(i) section 21;

(j) section 22.
