Amendment of the Advice and Assistance (Assistance by Way of Representation) (Scotland) Regulations 2003

3.  In regulation 1–

(a) for “1993”, on each occasion it occurs, substitute “2001”; and

(b) at the appropriate place, insert–

““Pensions Regulator Tribunal” means the tribunal established under section 102 of the Pensions Act 2004(1);”.
