A prisoner required to be taken in legal custody anywhere outside a prison shall be kept in the custody or under the control of an officer or a constable.

A prisoner being taken to or from a prison shall be–
a
exposed to public view as little as possible; and
b
protected so far as reasonably practicable from insult, curiosity and publicity in any form.

A prisoner who is allowed or is required to be present at any court, shall wear their own clothing or ordinary civilian clothing provided by the Governor.
